All I can tell you is to call the individual in Waterloo in charge of permits and contracts, basically the area's better business bureau. this company owner is a crook, who has been fined in the past for the shady things he's done. JUST ASK THE CITY, don't just trust my review. NEVER deal with this roofer, and spread the word. And, do not confuse this company with SR roofing, who we used also in downtown Cedar Falls--they were wonderful!
