R and M towing-This company sits and or has people giving info on when cars are Parked in areas they are not suppose to be at an apartment called Zinc in Goodyear, but the apartment has no parking spaces for anyone to park. Then they hold your car hostage saying they need current registration and that’s Illegal. So if your kids are parking at zinc and registration is due that day. Already calling the buckeye police to make them aware of this and how this company does business. They are getting most of the tows by taking the polices jobs in hand and towing peoples cars thats tags are due that day or past due. And if you are in a red parking area due to No parking. They literally are making $250 plus on taking the law into their hands. Taking cars from a place called Zinc apartments in Goodyear all the way to Phx to charge more. But yet doing this daily at this apartment complex.

This company two weekends in a row tried to tow the trucks and trailer I was moving out of my apartment with. The second weekend they succeeded. My neighbor told them I was moving and they did not care. The prolong the me getting the truck back. By tell me they weren't opened until monday and then after continue to call them over and over the tell me weekends are appointments only. Also only accepting cash and not informing me that the trailer owner has to be available. So they kept the tailer until they can make another appointment which was the next day and another $12 storage fee. Total amount of total amount $350. The first appointment I went, they tried denying the pick up and told me to come back Monday because my grandmother told them we would complain to the BBB, I called the police and got the truck but still paid $338 in cash, because supposedly their car d machine did not work.
