General Info
Pure Water Solutions, Inc. is a Colorado based firm serving our residential customers across the Front Range and commercial customers across the United States. With a new 20,000 square foot facility in Castle Rock, we specialize in water treatment equipment sales and service. We are registered with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a 510(k) medical manufacturer for our Pure Water-Central Dialysis Solution (CDS). Currently, we have CDS systems installed in various medical facilities across the United States. As well, Pure Water Solutions Inc. is registered with the FDA as a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility. Always determined to treat customers respectfully and honestly, we are a long term member of the international Water Quality Association (WQA). Our own Dean Lewis served a two year term as the President of the Colorado chapter of the Water Quality Association (CWQA). Our service technicians are Certified Water Treatment Specialists through the CWQA. This involves many hours of education and third party examinations. Dean is certified through the state of Colorado as a Water Plant Operator, #4188. Pure Water Solutions Inc. is also a member of the Denver/Boulder Better Business Bureau. Bought new kinetico system with castle rock pure water solutions. . Never seem to notice the difference. Called them to come check. Technician made me stay home but never came. Called. He would come next day. Again never came. Called and he came the day after. Didn't have the right filter with him. Came back with filter later that week. Then said it wasn't working due to broken valve.? Didn't have the part with him. So he would be back. Never came or called. After days we called. Oh part needed to be ordered. Again never been called. We called again. Oh we will have you called back. Waited 2 hrs. Called again. Apparently part was there?? And they would send someone. But I'm waiting now for the manager to call me back. Worst service ever. Meanwhile all my new bought appliances have calcium build up. Water super hard here. We have been patient and 'nice'. But my last call today I let them have it. New system and not working, and they don't feel the need to fix
After installing the $3000 system for our house they have never been able to get it to operate correctly to solve our water issues. I've been more than patient waiting. I guess they gave up trying and won't even return my phone calls or email now.
Sure, they seemed knowledgeable but my water comes out of the tap in different shades of brown and red. Do yourself a favor and find another company to do business with.
