HEAP Assistance contract is now being run by a waterproof company in Roseville, that has a Director and their supervisor harrassing thier underserved client base by demanding over the top requests for more documentation than necessary, causing me undue stress and frustration due to thier nature of treating the poor without respect, dignity and assistance they need for survival. I give them NO stars for their combative behavior!
