Hard to find local companies any more that are experts in their field but these guys at Pro Video know their stuff. Great to get an informed honest opinion to avoid wasting time and money. I have had them do repairs and bought two TV's from them at a cost way lower than from a big box stores. Plus they do all the set up and walk you through all the features which you definitely don't get anywhere else.

I have a 55 inch LG TV. Its only 3 years old. The sound went out on it two days ago. I tried everything to fix it on my own. New HDMI cables, factory reset the TV, added an external speaker, nothing worked. So I called Pro Video TV in Land O Lakes and spoke with Lorraine. Told her my issue and without hesitation, she told me to reboot my cable box and call her back. I did as she said and it worked. I so appreciate her trouble shooting it on the phone with me. Most companies would have come out to the house or have you bring the TV in and charged you to repair something as simple as that. I am grateful I found a very honest and professional company. Bill from Pro Video came with his son yesterday to install a new Samsung 55" TV. I had a DVD player and DVD recorder and cable box all hooked up to the previous tv and they need to be hooked up again. The wiring gave him a ton of trouble especially because he discovered my cable box had a bad port which did not allow him to set up my new tv initially. The man was determined to figure all the wiring out and was here at least four hours! He would not stop until all was perfect. If you need a new tv or just a repair, especially if you have a complicated situation this is the business to call!

I called Bill again, he'd come out several years ago, to fix the image on my Rear Projection Screen 57 inch Hitachi TV. As always, he came out, took the time to explain what was wrong, what he was doing to fix the issue, and what to do if other components fail. After all, the TV is 16+ years old, I bought it when the Tampa Bucs won the Super Bowl! He is fair, professional and always does a great job! The picture, once again, looks great! It's hard to believe that this is a 16 year old set!I'll hire him again if anything goes wrong with my TV. He makes house calls too!

Normally we don't submit a review but upon using pro video we must say Bill and Lorraine were very professional, honest and timely in servicing our tv. It's not common in today's world to find people that exhibit their professionalism. We will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone needing service. Pro Video was polite, on time, and skilled throughout the repair and installation process. They even went above and beyond by fixing the slats on my bed (which was worse for the wear from my recent move). Nice people, great service.

It is so hard to find honest and personable people in any type of business these days! They came out to my home in a matter of a few hours and found the problem explaining exactly what it was. Although it was not what we wanted to hear about our beloved LG 55" LED 3D smart tv He made some recommendations and we ended up purchasing a very comparable tv with a great picture for a VERY reasonable price and they brought it to us same day, set it up, and stayed until the picture was perfect! Highly recommend them to anyone and will be doing business in the future!

We were fortunate to have Bill, the owner of Pro Video, to service our 72" TV. We were able to procure a quick appointment which was fortunate since we were expecting houseguests to spend a few days with us at Christmas Time. He arrived on time and was able to repair and upgrade the TV in our home explaining the repairs he was doing and giving us expert advice on how to operate the tv and universal remote. In addition he hooked up a dvd recorder with no extra charge. We recommend this company for reliable service and fair pricing.

We called Bill from pro video after calling a few other T.V repair shops in town. Bill's quote was less then any one else by quite a bit! He came out the same day at the time he promised. When Bill and his son arrived they were very courteous. Bill said by the time I am done with your repair your T. V. picture will be better then new!!! He was not kidding. I could not believe the picture quality. It was Amazing!! " I had a grin on my face from ear to ear!" He went above and beyond to make me happy. He took his time and was very knowledgeable. He new exactly what was wrong after explaining the problems I was having with my T.V. After having 40 years of experience he said he new every problem a T.V. could have. Later that night I noticed a small line in the picture. I called Bill that same evening and he came back the very next day at the time he promised. He did a little tweaking and sure enough after a few minutes the problem was fixed. I highly recommend Pro Video they're excellent!

Pro Video saved our Samsung DLP TV!!! We are fans for life...it was such a pleasant surprise to find a company who could actually fix something rather than suggesting you buy a new one. We wish we had found them last year when a power surge zapped our receivers and sub-woofer. We tossed expensive units that ProVideo could probably have repaired. Great, fast, honest, and cheap service at my own house! Other places I called were more expensive, didn't have the parts in stock, and wanted me to bring my huge TV to their shop. I have a 67" Samsung LED DLP TV that had the dreaded white dot problem. They went above and beyond that problem, diagnosing other things that would've caused another service call down the road. They were very knowledgeable about my model TV's common problems and did some maintenance and upgrades of capacitors and the chip to insure years of trouble free service. Other shops and EBay dishonestly advertise 'original' parts as a benefit, but there are newer better parts that won't cause the same problem to keep reoccurring and these guys use them. If you're like me and have a TV that you made a big investment in and were happy with originally, give these guys a call before you junk it and buy another one. Thanks guys!

I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received from Bill and his son Bill! I got the "dot" curse on my beautiful 83" Mitsubishi TV. I looked up the problem online,watched a video and thought I could fix it myself.What an idiot!!!!!! I could have paid a professional $500.00 to fix it if I had left it alone.Because of the mess I made,it cost me almost three times that. I called on a Saturday,late afternoon and explained my dilemma to Bill's lovely wife.Less than two hours later,Bill showed up. He stayed more than 5 hours trying to clean up my mess.He could not repair my Tv that night but took a part home and fixed it there. He then came back on Sunday,at no extra charge and finished the job! I cannot say enough about the quality of service I received from this company! I thought this kind of service and work ethic did not exist anymore! I will be talking about this company and Bill to all my friends and recommend him.Bill,you ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pro Video is one of the best services I have had. Why? Because they took my 14 year old Hataichi 51 inch TV, that had bad color line distortions, and bad fine tuning, and made it a brand newTV just out of the store .
