These guys are not joking around. My house was build in early 1900-ties and has brick and concrete walls 2 feet thick. It's a bunker. Anyhow, I had Jim instal a new furnace, but they needed to drill through the wall to run the furnace vent through. I know how hard it is to go through such wall, I have done it and made lots of mess. Jim left my house clean and spotless with a brand new 95% efficient furnace. And did I mention that he is a super nice guy?
I have been using Pro Furnace for about five years and must say Jim is outstanding. Jim was out doing a routine maintenance check this past February where he discovered I had several major cracks in my furnace that could result in dangerous levels of carbon dioxide in my house. The damage was severe enough that it wasn't safe running the furnace at night especially with a baby in the household. Jim quickly got on the phone and ordered a new furnace from his supplier. While we were waiting for the furnace to come in Jim offered to supply space heaters for my house so my daughter wouldn't be cold throughout the night. Jim went above and beyond to make sure he took care of me and my family. And honestly if he wasn't doing his annual maintenance check things could have turned out a lot worst for our household. I would highly recommend this company to my family, my friends, and to anyone that wants outstanding customer service.
I noticed that my hot water tank was leaking and called Jim. He comes every fall to bleed my radiatiors so we can turn our heat on. He came Monday morning around 10am and was able to remove and install a brand new hot water tank before noon. I would recommend Jim to anyone with any HVAC problems or new installations. He is friendly, informative, professional and efficient.
Jim is both prompt and knowledgeable and corrected the problem with no mess or fuss! They were helpful in my understanding of the problem and how it was fixed. I certainly would recommend them to anyone with a heating/airconditioning problem!

My Story:
I had an emergency repair in my home which need immediate attention.
I called early in the morning and Jim, the owner, was able to come over shortly after my call.
Jim went well above the call of duty.
The work needing done required him to take down part of a paneled wall in my home. After the repair, testing for carbon monoxide was done and it became apparent that an old vent that was being used was clogged with debris.
Jim had to get additional equipment to vacuum out the vent and then run a camera up to make sure that all looked good.
After the work, Jim put up the wall and my home looks just as it did before the work.

Jim was very responsive, friendly, did a great job and was reasonably priced. It's very rare today to have any service person meet your expectations let alone exceed them. Jim's did.
After being recommended by a friend, I've had Jim out to my house on two separate occasions. Both times, he found and fixed the problems quickly and efficiently. He's professional, on time (even came out one evening for a quick fix), and very reasonable with prices. I'm happy to recommend him to all of my friends when they need furnace or AC work done. Great Service! I was told I needed a new air conditioner, but Jim diagnosed the problem in under 10 minutes, fixed it for a VERY reasonable price. Much less than buying a new air conditioner! I will never call anyone else again!
Jim was excellent. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job for us. Our air conditioner stopped working and Jim showed up quickly to assess the issue and fix the problem. Very affordabe, courteous and cleaned up after he was done. Will definitely call Jim again!

I'm not normally one to take the time to go on-line and rate a service or a product. The fact that I'm doing this is testimony to my satisfaction with the product and service that I received from Pro Furnace and Air. Jim installed a high efficiency furnace, AC unit, filter system, and humidifier in my house late last summer. My family has experienced the extremes of both summer and winter with the new system. What a difference!!! I wish we would have done this years ago. As for service, Jim's all about customer satisfaction. He worked around my schedule, kept things clean, and fully explained everything I needed to know about all of the components of the new system. He even added an air return that was missing in the basement from my old system. He was right, the return provided better air circulation and the basement was noticibly warmer in the winter. Thank's for everything, Jim.
My parents recently had a problem with their furnace. Their home is heated with hot water heat, hence, their furnace is a boiler. My parents called a competitor who stated the boiler needed cleaned and estimated the cost between $500-$1000. The competitor also stated they could not guarantee that the furnace would work and they recommended installing a new boiler. They estimated this cost at $1500 for labor and $3000-$3500 for the boiler. Before going any further, I contacted a friend of mine from the Whitehall Public Works Department who recommended Pro Furnace and Air. Jim from Pro Furnace and Air was prompt and came out that afternoon. He looked at the boiler and stated that it needed cleaned badly, however, he guaranteed it would function properly after a thorough cleaning. Jim came early the next morning, cleaned the furnace and it does, in fact, work properly. Basically, the cost of the work that Jim did was just about half of the lowest estimate the competitor gave to clean the furnace...and remember, the competitor said they couldn't guarantee the furnace would work! I never had a "furnace guy" before, but I do now! Thanks Pro Furnace and Air!

Was efficient, polite, and willing to run out to get the necessary pieces to fix our heating system and come back right away.
We called Pfo Furnace and Air on a Friday night when our Lennox furnace stopped working, Jim called us back and was there at 8:30 the next morning. Over the phone he had even offered to bring over space heaters that night to keep our house warm till he got there. We couldnt have asked for a better furnace guy! He had us fixed and running within a couple of hours, and will come back to replace another part that we hadnt realized wasnt working that will help our son's asthma condition.

Better service than we ever expected, this is the only company that I will ever call to check my furnace and air. We had a major furnace problem the night before going on vacation for a week. Jim came as soon as we called to see what needed to be done. At first it seemed like it would just need a part, but it ended up that the parts would cost almost as much as getting a new furnace. It was the first week in January, it was cold and we did not want to leave our house for vacation without heat, I was afraid of the pipes freezing and my 5 cats. Jim told us to go on vacation do not worry about the furnace. That Friday when we went to the airport our cat sitter let Jim in the house and he made the furnace we have blow the fan to keep the house warm until we came back from vacation. The house was perfect while we were away and when we came back he came to install the new furnace. Jim is very reliable, very knowledgeable and extremely honest. This is a company you can truly, truly trust!!!
My father-in-law recommended this company when we started having trouble with our furnace. We called him on a Friday and he was at our place Saturday morning. He knew within 5 min the problem, went to get the part, and was back. The entire job couldn't have been more than an hour. We were so pleased with the service we are having them back to install a new furnace next year. 5 stars and would recommend him to all my friends and family.
