Well Joshua S. isn't exaggerating, he and his wife both hysterically confronted me over the price of the service call. Pretty amazing that they would think irrigation service would be free but I guess that's how entitled millennials roll these days. He actually told me that "he didn't sign anything so he doesn't owe anything." Nice, huh?

Phoned the office to request a technician to repair or replace a sprinkler head. Was told that they would send a technician the next day. Technicians show up and fix the aforementioned sprinkler head and proceed to tell us that we will be billed $90 for the service. Called the office to confront Mr. Prince about the cost and he repeatedly told us that it was posted on the website. When questioned about why we were not informed about the fee up front or even before the service was completed the continued to change his stance saying that we were just upset with the cost. By his reaction I would have to assume they get this call alot and that would explain his defensive response and poor attitude. He was very condescending when speaking to myself and my wife on the phone and laughed when we threatened to contact the better business bureau. In utter disbelief with the unprofessionalism we experienced and will NEVER be using this service again EVER!

Actually, we did call Cary C. several times and went by his house two times on 05/07/2014. We also left a door hanger stating we were sorry we missed him. Also he called on 04/28 so the two week comment is an exaggeration. I wonder if Cary C. would like to revise his statement?

Terrible!! I scheduled two weeks out, requested Tech to call before he heads out. Technician told the office boy they called but they didn't. Said they came to my house, but I was setting at home all day waiting and the Tech never showed. Then the little boy at the office gets smart with me when I tell him they did not call nor did the the Tech come to my house. Don't waste your time like they wasted mine waiting around.

Outstanding service and great price. Had to come back because it rained day we set appointment.- no problem . Pleasure to work with. Jonathon was great. .

After I moved into my new house I noticed the sprinklers going off at random times so I called the number on the timer and it was Prince Irrigation. They came and reset it and showed me how to use the system. When I tried to pay they said it was in warranty and there were no charges. They could have charged me because I didn't know what the warranty was but they didn't and I think that says alot.

installed sprinkler system, couple of months later a valve failed causing flooding in the entire front yard. city employee came by to turn off water, ended up with $500 water bill. prince irrigation repaired the valve under warranty. a year later same valve is broke again. how can a valve fail twice with pvc pipe breaking inside them each time? sounds like a design flaw but prince is arrogant and won't even consider that it might be a wrong valve application..worst company i've ever dealt with

Prince then proceeded to replace the master valve to restore irrigation to the front yard. Bear in mind that half of the system is ripped apart in the back yard, so not sure how they were going to bypass that and make two stations functional. The owner was adamant that these were my instructions to him. During conversations with me and my spouse he never mentioned the estimate that should have been the sole reason for his service call, and when we brought up the estimate he was very evasive. We paid $120 something to have him replace a master valve that two other companies had no problem with 1 and 3 days prior. If the owner was as half engaged in his work product as he is in collecting for incomplete work this company might actually provide a viable service.
