We have tried all in the other places in the area and none compare. They have the largest play area and they play with all the pets. They just don't leave them in kennels all day like the other places. They are great people and my dog loves going.

Compared to other like businesses in the area Preppy Pet is the best overall. It's family owned and operated. All the people are animal lovers and very helpful. The really take care of the animals just as if they were there own. The place is clean and has a great indoor play area and outside play park for the dogs. I would never take my dogs anywhere else.

I have been going to Preppy Pet in Longwood for 7 years. I have a Golden Retriever named Felix and he loves to go there and play in their large yard as well as the indoor play area. We board often and many times it seems Felix would rather stay there than come home with me. the staff truly cares about him and go out of their way to make sure he is happy. I highly recommend Preppy Pet in Longwood.

My dog Dixie never used to like boarding until we found Preppy Pet suites in Longwood. Now she gets so excited when we get near the facility. She loves the outdoor play yard as well as the indoor play. It is so clean and the staff really cares about her well being. I would never consider going anywhere else and I highly recommend them to all my pet friendly friends.

I'm done taking my dogs here. If you walk the place, you will pick up on a very strong bleach smell. I thought it was like that because they had just cleaned so I let my dogs stay there; however, when I went during the day to pick them up, it still smelled really strong. I have nothing against the clean but I am concerned about my dogs smelling that all day long. It can't be healthy for them.



I also took my pets to grooming there for a while because my budget was really tight and it was $10 cheaper than the other place I was taking my dogs to. (A total of $20 savings!) but I will not be returning anymore, it's not worth it.. I always ask for really short hair everywhere but I never seem to get it. The body is short but the face is not. I'm sure they hope it won't last as long so that I have to come back more often. They have come home with ticks after a grooming appointment which they did not let me know about. How crappy is your bath that you don't notice ticks on a white dog? 3 times, one dog in particular came home with an uneven face. I shouldn't have to cut my dog's hair after just coming home from the groomers. There were also uneven spots in the body or even knots that they did not take out or cut that I always had to remove. It's just no longer worth a $20 savings for such bad grooming.

we boarded our two family pets (dogs ) after getting home we found one of our dogs had multiple scratches on her belly and our other dog had a chunck scratched off her nose and when we looked closer at both dogs we found ticks on both dogs.Weve boarded our pets numerous times at other places and have never had an issue,when I called facility the owner argued that dogs will play but my main concern was that no one at the facility noticed any of this and it took us all of 5 minutes to notice both injuries and when I spoke to the owner she didnt seem bothered by the incidents.I would not board my pet rat at this location if I had one.A little concern by the owner would of went a long way.

Since I have boarded with Preppy Pets I would never board anywhere else. The staff is great and truly cares about the animals in their care. Would highly recommend this facility to everyone.

I sent my dog to preppy pets daycare 3-4 days a week and he loves it. When I pull up he gets so excited to be there and can"t wait to get inside. The people that work there are very friendly and really do love dogs. They are always telling me storys about my dog from that day and what he did. The facillity is clean. They have 2 areas for the dogs and are divided by size, they also have outside play time. I would definatly recomend this place to anyone that has a dog and doesn't want to leave it home alone. Since sending my dog there he has become better with socializing other dogs and is more obiediant at home!!!
