I made my reservation over two weeks ago for my daughter's sweet 16 Birthday party. They were a complete no show, and nearly ruined my daughter's special day. We were able to get last minute service from Ground Transportation Limo. I believe Premier may have gotten more money for the Lincoln Navigator that I had reserved, or decided they didn't want to drive teenagers around. Don't trust these guys. They might do this to you too.
