I paid $135 dollars for the repair man to come out and say..."I can't diagnose what is wrong with your t.v. until I order some parts." The next day, I received a phone call for an estimate of $850. I told them I needed to know what was wrong with my tv prior to committing to having it fixed. The repair man said he would order the parts, come back out and test the tv, then tell me what was wrong in order to get an estimate.
Basically, I paid $135 for them to tell me NOTHING!!
Do not use this company!

The technician never showed up after I took the time off of work. Supervisor Christopher giving me the run around. Poor service highly do not recommend .

Id tell my best friend to run away as fast as they can. No customer service , you have to wait wks to get an appointment (or a call back for that matter) and your dealing witht someone from California I believe! Why are they in AZ doing business? I think they do extended warranty work (Frys Electronics Extended Warranty) mostly and they certainly extend the time your tv dosn't work!! Forget this place find someone local. Just my experience of course.

Not worth your time. took 2 weeks to schedule an appointment and then did not show. not flexible. Do Not Use
