The photographers work hard to provide a fun and relaxed environment as we create unique portraits. Precious Moments Photography was discovered when two friends, Marsha Hooker-Korn and Donna Clark found that they shared a love for photography and creating lasting memories. We are located in the heart of Marshall County , Moundsville , WV .
