We called your company early on Wednesday, June 2 to investigate and fix the loud knocking sound whenever we tried to open a faucet or flush a toilet. This problem started about four days back and had become much worse on Wednesday. As promised, your company representative, Kieth, was here by noon time. It took him less than five minutes to find where the problem could be. He quickly figured out that the main pressure regulator valve was not installed properly, and it took him less than ten minutes to fix the entire problem. This is the best plumbing service we have experienced during the past 30 years or so. Kieth has thoroughly impressed us by his knowledge and skills in solving such plumbing problems.
