I had an emergency a couple weekends ago and needed help ASAP before I had my entire family over for a BBQ in a week. I went outside Friday night after work to clean up my backyard and pool when I noticed the water level looked a little lower than the norm but I didn't make a big deal out of it and ignored it. Saturday morning I went outside just to look at my pool once again and noticed that the water level had gone down some more. Now I knew I had a problem. I found platinum under YP and decided to give them a call. When I spoke to Dennis he sounded professional and nice and said his first availability was Monday. Dennis and his crew came over pressure tested my pool and ended up finding cracks right below the skimmer, after all My pool is 20 yrs old. As Dennis explained what he was going to do I felt comfortable and let him and his crew do what they needed to do. Best of all , he was very fair with his pricing, did great work, and did the work very quickly. Overall I had the best experience with platinum and will use them in the future to re-model my 20 yr old pool, Can't wait!Thanks Dennis for your help, you earned yourself a loyal customer.

Amazing job!!!

Now that summer is just around the corner, my husband and I decided to re-plaster and re-tile our pool. With my husband not having much free time and not being able to get home till after seven PM, Dennis was more than happy to meet with us when my husband got home so that we were both educated on what needed to be done and the best way going about it without over spending. After meeting with him, we knew he was our man. Dennis absolutely knows what he's doing and best of all he doesn't charge an arm and a leg for quality work. He is most definitely competitive with his pricing. After Dennis and his crew where finished re-plastering,they left our pool looking like new. Finally, I won't feel embarrassed to invite my friends and family over for a pool party. If your reading my review, my husband and i highly recommend Dennis with Platinum Pool Co, you wont be disappointed.
