Always nice and friendly. We're there nearly every weekend this summer. When we start loading up our truck, someone always comes out to help.

I have been to this location many times over the years and had things delivered in bulk. Has always been a good, friendly experience with great product selection. You can stop by and pickup small amounts of product or get a big truckload. I also buy firewood and propane gas here. They are very helpful and easy to deal with. A discount coupon for picked up items is in some of the mailers I receive.

When I called for an estimate, they told me the rates and said to figure it out myself. I should have jumped ship then. However, they had the exact match of rock color/type I needed, so I proceeded. They insisted on payment when I scheduled delivery. They promised to be prompt at the scheduled delivery time, as I had another commitment. They didn't show up. When I spoke with them, they declined a refund. I asked for another delivery time; they refused to provide any flexibility. An hour later, they showed up at my house. There was no effort to resolve the situation; they didn't even apologize. Will NEVER work with this company again--there are too many others who care about good customer service.
