A bowl of Pho at Pho Tau Bay may be a must for those who have not tried one at this location. The taste is good, and perhaps one large bowl would be enough for even the most demanding customer thanks to good quantity, but not necessary quality, of beef and noodle. But there is a catch: I can tell with 100% certainty that MSG (monosodium glutamate), or Bot Ngot in Vietnamese, has been used and not with just a small quantity and this can easily be verified by the fact that within 30 minutes after a bowl of Pho Tau Bay you would feel having dried lips and thirsty.
