I'm a client of pedia doc pediatrician campbleton rd and I love the staff. I have been a client over ten years. Dr.Smith and Dr Morrow are so knowledgeable and caring. The front office staff are awesome and efficient. Mosr of their clients are mecaid insured maybe that's why it's not a big shiny facility. I appreciate and applaud them for remaining in my community. Absolutely DO NOT take your children here!! The doctor is never in the office so you only see the nurse. My son was really sick and they refused to see him saying that they were booked and the the soonest they could see him was 2 weeks out. The doctor told me that the symptoms I described sounded like allergies and she would call him in something but would not see him. I ended up taking him to another doctor's office and was diagnosed with a double ear infection, pink eye, a severe sinus infection and bronchitus, they said that had I of waited any longer he would have developed phenomia!!! I hate that I had to rate it with a star because on a scale of one to ten it would be a negative 10!
