Fantastic service. Used them to care for our 2 indoor cats and 3 outdoor (feral) cats the first week of July 2013. Stefan came to our home for a free consult and walk thru to learn our details and routines. He made notes on our usual feeding times, noises we make and wrote the details into a contract that even reminded him of each pets name and description. Each day he came he texted me an update, which gave me huge peace of mind. When we returned, the house was in better shape than we'd left it. He had done things we didn't even discuss, like bringing in our papers, our big recycling bin, washing out the pet dishes and even changing litter in a box I hadn't mentioned. Both he and Jamie were quick to respond to my initial request for service and any other texts or emails I sent. You could tell they know pets and know how owners feel when they leave them and they cater to that. So glad we found them!

We have used PawsnClaws for about 6 months now and are very pleased with them. We can tell they care very much for our animals and have no qualms about going off to work every day knowing they will be looked after.



Update: Almost 3 years with Jamie and Stefan and still very happy with the service they provide. They are very flexible with our schedule changes and it's obvious that they love the animals that they care for.

I am very happy that we found Stefan and Jamie at PawsNClaws. They really mean it when they say they love your pets like their own. Every mid-day, Stefan walks our two dogs, and I can tell they are relaxed and happily tired from their time with him! Stefan and Jamie are professionals who understand dogs, and know just how to treat them as well as their people!

Jamie and Stef have been fantastic. We have had them since the spring and I can't say enough great things about them. I have a French Mastiff and a Bassett which can be a handful. They always came on time and texted me daily to let me know how my dogs were doing. We are moving and my only complaint is that I can't take Jamie and Stef with me. I had another pet sitter in Charles Town that was terrible. She would lie and tell me she came when she didn't. Jamie and Stef not only love animals, but they are professional and responsible. I will miss them and my dogs will too.

Jamie was great; she actually left the dogs watch animal planet in the afternoons, so they wouldn’t let lonely. They were happy and re cared, we returned after being away for 8 days. She washed her bedding and vacuumed their rooms. I would recommend her highly to people who love their pets as much as we do.

As a neurotic rabbit owner living in WV, I had a very hard time finding someone to care for my two spoiled rabbits while I was away on my honeymoon. PawsnClaws goes over and above the call of duty and was always willing to listen and learn more about our pets' needs. I was more than pleased with their service and will be using them again!

Such good caregivers. Leave the "little ones" at home with peace of mind. : )

We have used PawsnClaws for the last year, many times. The owner is wonderful, attentive and responsible. My three dogs love her, we love her, and have many neighbors who use her. We are very picky who we let in our home. She is trustworthy!!!!!!!!!!
