Paveco did ny driveway many years ago here in Manassas, VA. I've had the sealings done by them as well. The driveway still looks great after all these years. I've seen other driveways done in the neighborhood by other contractors and they haven't lasted. I highly reccommend Paveco for your paving and sealing needs!!!
Highly recommend Paveco for driveway asphalt and sealing work. The owner, Rich, is extremely friendly and knowledgable. Paveco re-asphalted my drive 4 years ago. I've had them do the annual sealing each year and it still looks like knew. Paveco uses oil-based sealant and they spray. Those flyers/mailers advertising extremely low rates use water based sealant. You really do get what you pay for. My neighbors use the water-base sealant and their drive is in terrible shape yet, only 1 year older than mine. Rick keeps my annual sealing costs very reasonable and I assume some of that has to do with the fact that I've been a loyal customer. If you need asphalt/sealing work and are gather quotes/bids I highly recommend you include Paveco in your search.
Rick took the time to discuss issues I had with my driveway and gave me his honest opinion, which was NOT to repave it. He was honest, despite the fact that he could have quoted what I asked him.
Great family run operation. The owner, Rick George, is personally involved in every aspect of every project he undertakes -- from providing free estimates, to shoveling asphalt and operating the equipment. They completely reconditioned my driveway that had upwards of seven layers of payment laid down over a 50 year period. I highly recommend them.
I would highly recommend Paveco for both commercial or residential work. They are very professional, reliable, and do top quality work as one would expect from a family run business of over 50 years!
