My girlfriend and I were driving back to LA three days ago when my radiator in my 95 4runner exploded. We called Paul's Towing and they dispatched Frank to pick us up and go collect my truck high up on Walker pass. Frank got to us really fast which you appreciate when standing out in the desert heat and entertained us with some funny jokes while he drove us back to my truck. He's definitely Barack Obama's biggest fan! Frank loaded my Toyota securely on his tow truck and back to town we went. He even told me to claim back the towing expense through my insurance company which I didn't know I could do! awesome. So a rather frustrating car mishap was solved quickly by these guys. Big recommend.

Customer service severly lacking in professional courtesy. Was told my car would be fixed on a friday when I called the following monday was informed car was not fixed. Asked why they did not make the agreed time line was told that they never said car would be fixed on friday and said they had even offered to give me a loaner car for the weekend use, which was never offered originally.

I took my car there for a smog check, and they failed it, and reported it as a gross polluter. They wanted close to $200 just to find the problem, then it would cost more to fix it. And add to that a list of other problems they spotted. I instead took it to another shop down the street and it past the smog check the first time. Sorry, but I will never take my car there again.
