LOOK NO FURTHER! THESE GUYS ARE THE PLUMBERS TO CALL! AMAZING SERVICE!! Joshua, our service guy, was very nice and personable and VERY HELPFUL. He was here to fix my leaky drain pipes, but while he was here he noticed that our Moen faucet was leaking too, from the inside. Once he saw that, he called Moen, here on the premises during his visit, and after telling them the model number and sending a picture, Moen is sending us a new faucet for free! I don't know if every faucet manufacturer will do this, but just the fact that Joshua was willing to call them and get them to send us a new one was very unexpected and VERY nice!! Packs gives excellant service. Owned and operated local family, Jay, his son, Jessie and Fred and others are excellant. We live in a Mobile home, in a retirement community in St. Augustine. They know all about the mobile homes and the piping involved. This is very helpful., and less stressful for the customer. Our water heater broke in the am, and they were here in our home within the hour. They all know what they are doing, and most important they are honest. Cindy, Jays wife usually answers the call, and she is so nice and helpful. I will never use anyone else. I have used Packs plumbing for many years now. We called Pack's Plumbing because we had an emergency; Vanessa got us help right away and called us to let us know that a plumber was on the way. Fred came and fixed everything and we were so amazed at the excellent service, professionalism and reasonable price that we had to thank them over and over again. Unfortunately we have had bad experiences in the past with other plumbers, but we can now say that we have a GOOD plumber to call whenever we need service. You will not be disappointed.
