Their plumber didn't really have that much of a clue, didn't fix our problem, but added to it.

Our upstairs bathroom had apparently leaked to the downstairs, main-floor bathroom while I was at work. I arrived home that day to view the damage of the leak and noticed a large hole cut in my main floor ceiling. It was close to the center of the room, where the dry-wall seams met. My husband told me that the plumber thought there was a pipe right where the leak was occurring and decided to cut a hole there to try and fix it. The laws of leaking water along a ceiling are that usually it will follow along dry-wall until reaches a seam, where it can then leak out and express itself. Accordingly, I was very disappointed in the lack of knowledge of the plumber, in assuming that because the leak from the bathroom above was active in that spot there was a leaking pipe there. The plumber turned off our water lines in the up-stairs bathroom, but failed to find the source of and fix our leak. I was very frustrated that we are left with a problem that was never fixed, an un-needed hole in our lath and plaster and dry-wall to patch, pipes that still have not been turned on and a $114 bill we were expected to pay. I wrote this all to the company, and the reply back was that the plumber had asked my husband for permission, and hence my complaints made "no sense".
