Highly recommend! Not only did they come out in the timeframe they gave me, but you cannot beat the price and it took him only 10 minutes to unclog the drain! DO NOT GO TO ANY OTHER PLUMBING SERVICE! YOU HAVE FOUND THE ONE THAT WILL GET IT DONE! A+++++!!

I just wanted to say that I was so happy with the service I received today! We had not been able to unclog our drain & had another plumber come out that wanted to tear out wall. I called Option One for a 2nd opinion. They came over about 1hr after I called them and were able to clear it in about 30 minutes. Plus the technicians, Tim & Vince, were awesome! They were really funny. I will definitely call Option One 1st next time I need a Plumber.

I was VERY impressed with this company and their representative. He was very professional, and knowledgeable, provided a free quote, and even gave us direction on how we could fix all or part of our problem ourselves to save us money.

I was amazingly surprised! After looking at and calling ads that appeared before Option one, I was coming to grips with the fact that I was going to be paying $200+ . I accidently found Option one and called them. Martin came and explained to me what he was doing while he was doing it. And then reassured me that the price was only going to be $49.50!!!! Not only that, but they gave me a 30 day warranty. Bottom line......Martin did a fantastic job, very professional and just a cool guy. YOU MUST CALL THEM! A++++++

Wow! They advertise $49.50 drain cleaning and they mean it. There were no hidden charges when they showed up (promptly too). They did a perfect job and didn't leave a mess. I would use them again and again.

Tim Cunningham was at our house less than an hour after our calling the company. I was very impressed with his promptness and willingness to fix the broken pipe. I asked if he'd be willing to fix another pipe in the house and he didn't pause one moment, just went and fixed it as well. He was very friendly and professional and I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance with any plumbing issue.
