Your profile will give you access to your own person fitness plan you do on your own while your not with your trainer. The network will also give you dieting plans and even help you set up your grocery list. Everything on your profile can be accessed from any computer and printed out if you needed any extra guidance. We also added some new features!! You now get daily fitness and nutrition tips also access to your own travel workouts if your always on the road.
