I was stranded on the side of highway 36 a few months back. I was on my way home from work and my car blew a tire! My cell phone was dead and I couldn't call for assistance. I know nothing about cars or how to change a tire! All of the sudden I see flashing lights Illuminate from behind me. Of all the people that drove past me and didn't stop or slow down. The owner of the company Mike had come to my rescue and change my tire free of charge. He said I know you didn't call us but It is my company's policy To stop and make sure everything is all right!! He asked me if I needed to use a phone To call anyone and then proceeded to say if you have a spare tire I would be more than grateful to put it on for you free of charge So you can get where you have to be! He continued to tell me That it is the Minnesota nice thing to do!! I thought it was too good to be true but it was not. Might change my timer and no time and he came prepared with all the correct tools to do so. When he was all done he asked me to do one simple task and that was to pay it forward if I was able And Willing. I tried to offer him something and he said that's that's quite all right we're in this to help people yes we are company and yes we do after the service At a price But we're a different company than most others. He continued to tell me that if any of his employees see a stranded motorist They stop out of courtesy Whether you call them or not, when they stop out a courtesy all of their services that they offer are at are at 100% free free of charge they even help you find a towing service and foot the bill just to make sure to make sure no one gets left left stranded!!! By far the best experience I have ever endured with a towing and/or roadside assistance company I recommend giving them a call for any of your roadside Assistance needs. If it wasn't for them who knows how long I would have sat there waiting for someone to stop and help.
