My main concern is reporting the condition of the systems and components of your home or the home being purchased or sold. My goal is to give buyers/sellers/homeowners the tools to make informed decisions. I represent the buyer by evaluating the state of the home being purchased. I also represent the seller and/or the homeowner who needs to make sure their home is in safe and compliant condition.
