I am an apartment manager and called these guys to pickup a vehicle that an old tenant had left here for 6 months. I left several messages on old tenants cell phone and called his emergency contact to tell them I was having vehicle towed if someone didn't come get it. Tenant finally got in contact with me in March asking about his vehicle (moved out 6/1/15. I had vehicle towed 12/15/15. He has called towing company several times, and so have I. They told him they don't have vehicle. They have also told me they would look into it and call me back, but have yet to. I WOULD NOT EVER USE THEM AGAIN! Shady!

Great job. I was stuck on the road in 1 am and I gave them a call. They came on time and everything got better. Thank you guys, really saved me. 5 Stars!
