I called NPM and asked how much to replace my hard drive in my laptop computer. I was told about $200.00. Then, when they replaced the hard drive and returned the computer to me, I was charged $145.00 hourly rate, so the bill was $400.00+ twice the amount I was quoted on the phone. Very disappointed with their hourly rate. I will not be a returning customer when someone charges so much, but tells the customer another price.
I called NPM to have my Powerbook fixed. I'm a college student and needed my laptop fixed before going back from break. They saved me from having to buy a new computer which I could never afford and they fixed it the next day! The Apple Store was going to take 3 weeks to fix. I would highly recommend using them.
Dave was able to handle all of my needs from new Apple computers, to installation and service !!
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a computer system(s) or repair work done on one of their existing computers-
I have used many services of many different kinds before but never received the kind of service and followup as this NPM Computer Sales & Service provided. They sure solved my virus problems and very painless too. Quick and easy. I would recommend them to anyone.
