In 1967 Sam Nowak founded Casa-Loma Construction with his wife Mary. They based their business on the idea that remodeling could be stress free with proper planning, good communication and minimal distruption of client's everyday lives. Then in 1986 with his Sons now working alongside him, Sam proudly changed the name to Sam Nowak & Sons Construction to reflect his family's involvement. When your name is on the business you better be committed, and we are. With the Nowaks; Sam, Mary, Mark & Tim, involved you can be assured of our availability and promptness in addressing any concerns or questions you might have during the project. Having been in the business since 1967 and completed hundreds of projects, we know what to expect and how to properly blend the new construction into the existing structure so it doesn't have that added-on look.
