We have been voted best of the best for Monmouth and Ocean Counties for the last 5 years in a row. Duct work and scale are critical components of your heating and air systems functionality. Our investigation will result in the best outcome over the long term and most likely increase the value of your home. Most units have an average lifespan of ten to twelve years. With regularly scheduled maintenance and service a high quality system can last up to twenty years without incident. I had NOVA HVAC install a new second zone to my existing house in Freehold Township and installed a New A/C unit and was a great experience as David and his son and his crew were polite, down to earth, courteous and family oriented and recommend them very highly, I then called them again to replace my heating system as David recommended and is also working great, their work is clean and neat.
I just wanted to share my great experience that I had with Nova! I lost heat on Christmas Eve just before a house full of family was due to arrive. I called Nova around 3:00pm, and they had a service man at my house within an hour. He had the part on the truck and was able to make the repair. My family was warm for Christmas at a very reasonable price! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a heating or air conditioning company! Thank you Nova for a warm 2014 Christmas! Extremely satisfied with Dave and his crew. We had a problem at night with our AC. Dave was at our house by the next morning! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided several options to us which he explained very clearly and he took time to answer our questions. Our AC was up and running that day. Dave installed our AC unit about 23 years ago and has always provided excellent service.
Do not use NOVA. They installed my air conditioner and when it failed inspection they wanted additional money to get it to pass the inspections!!!!! Horrible customer service.

I live in Jackson and I have a 6 month old when my ac stopped working it worried the wife and I needless to say I called nova air the came the next day and fixed the problem immediately and even showed me how to properly install my filter . The receptionist was helpful and Scott was the best . Thanks my family will stay cool this summer

On the warmest day of the year so far our air conditioner stopped working. We called Nova and Dave came down that night for a consultation and said that he could have the workers there the next morning to install a new heating and air unit. We signed up right on the spot and so happy we did. Tim, Ed and Rick were here the next morning. They were extremely professional and neat and exceptional workers. Drop cloths everywhere and when they left, you wouldn't have even known any work was done. Dave even came back that night to check on the job and see if everything went well and all was perfect. Thank you Nova for your wonderful service. We will be sure to recommend you to our family and friends.

Beyond satisfied! The young guy from Nova came out and took care of my broken furnace within 2 hours of my phone call to the office,I'am a homebound senior citizen on a fixed income and they always treat me like I'am a family member. Nova Heating & A/C 1 Beware Nova came to my home in to fix a condensation removal pump and when asked what the problem was, the installer said nothing and ran out the door with the unit. Later we received a call saying that we had kicked the unit and cracked the pump. If someone kicked the unit, there would be evidence of it, i.e. footprints, dents, or some other sign of damage. A piece of the pump was found outside and it appears that the broken piece may have been damaged during the installation process, and the installer blamed us in an effort to not only cover their tracks, but to gain additional profit. I have seen how quickly they do a job and can't help but wonder if being so quick, they were careless. I am alerting everyone, and making a written notification to the Better Business Bureau for review among other actions.

I am glad I found Nova Air there work was very neat, they did every thing Dave said they would do plus some extras no charge. I was also impressed with there front door to furnace drop clothes. They even shooked them out after taking my old klunker furnace out. The inspectors even commented on Nova's work and said they do the best work around.
