As a towing service, this is the worst place I have ever seen. They are disrespectful and rude. It is obvious they spend more time making "fake" reviews... just notice most positive reviews have only made 1 review and it is only for them. Beware!
February 21, 2014Our car got stuck coming in to our driveway. After calling several other companies and having to wait until tomorrow morning to get unstuck, I called North Star. I was told that we would have about a 2 hour wait. No problem there. The truck made it within the time frame and got our car into the garage. Awesome service and dispatch was equally awesome and friendly. I highly recommend North Star!! Thank you for all you do.
Plain and simple was stuck in a bad situation. North Star Towing helped in more than just towing and got me where I needed to be on time. Great experience and felt the driver that picked us up was very knowledgeable and understanding. Thanks again North Star.
