after having my car in their shop for over a month for a simple brake issue we only got answer of "we don't know what's wrong with it and that's what its supposed to do." during the time they had possession of the car it stopped starting and now the heater doesn't work anymore. needless to say neither do the brakes.

I have never had more problems with one tow company before. the man was down right ignorant. he had is spouse with him who thought it was funny to lay on the truck horn at 10 pm when I was standing by my vehicle. to buy a car or to get repares done would be a bad idea too but that's a story in its own
