Crew was on time, very professional, and pleasant.
The WORST moving company. I asked for an afternoon move, the person with whom I spoke agreed that two men would arrive between 12-2. At 11:00 he calls and tells me that the mover's are outside of my house! I told him that I wasn't ready, that we had agreed it would be 12-2 and he pressured me into starting the move early, saying "is one hour really going to make a difference, my guys aren't going to be happy if they leave and come back." I told him that it was his issue to resolve and to get back to me. He called back to tell me that 12 was fine, but when the men showed, one in particular, Juan or Jose was so rude, acting as if everything that needed to be moved was a problem and proceeded to start loading my boxes like he was throwing them around, even the ones marked fragile. When I asked him to be careful, he started yelling at me and told me that if I didn't like it that I could call the moving company. I told him that was fine and that he could leave. Terrible experience!
