I had a Exchange server issue and a so called Engineer came on site to help with my Exchange store, first he was 2 hours late for the appt, then he had not clue on how to fix my problem after 8 hours of him trying things I asked him to leave.I then had to call another company who I was very please with, the Engineer that came on site was done with the problem in 2 hours, that was the service I was expecting. This company was based out of West Coxsackie.
