We have used New Visions several times to clean & overhaul our desktop system to installing all new applications and transferring data files to recently purchased laptops. The turnaround time on the repairs and configuration was amazing; not much time passed before we got equipment back and were up and running. Would recommend New Visions Computer Services to anyone whether it is a repair or just upgrading your existing system.

I believe if someone does great work at a fair price they should be commended so here I go. I was having a problem with the wireless network in my home. They sent someone out and in less than an hour it was fixed. The guy was very friendly and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I would call them again if I need them in the future.

I've used them twice and the man that came out each time is just the best. The computer got fixed each time and it was at a price that frankly I have not been able to find elsewhere. He even called me a couple days later to make sure I was happy. Each time it has worked out great.

My laptop kept shutting down and a relatively short period of use. They looked at it and told me it was probably causes by heat. They repaired it and said the "heat sync" was clogged with dust. My laptop never shut down again and actually it feels a lot cooler on my lap. I'm very satisfied.

My computer kept freezing up and running slow. They fixed my computer the same day online. I never used online support before but it was great. The person was very nice. He got rid of the viruses and made my computer run much faster. I learned a lot too because I watched what he was doing. I'm very happy with the service.

Just wanted to write a good review because of the nice work that was done on my laptop. My LCD screen cracked and they were able to fix it for me. Price was reasonable especially compared to other places that would have had to send it back to the manufacturer. Everything is working great.

My laptop was overheating and the fan was making a terrible noise. They picked it up and had it back to me in just a few days. New fan and all. Very reasonable price. It's been about a month or so now and all is working great.

We called because we needed our laptop fixed and we needed a wireless network installed. He had the laptop fixed in just a couple days and didn't even have to reload it which was nice. He setup our wireless network and all is well. Very nice man and the price was reasonable.

I called them because my computer had a virus and I wanted a memory upgrade. They cleaned the virus, upgraded the memory and did a "tune-up". Everything is working great now. Appreciated them installing better virus protection for me as well. Very good experience with them.

Just a quick comment. Our computer was running very slowly. They upgraded the memory for us and "optimized" our computer. Todd did a number of things to the computer to make it run a lot faster. He explained what he did as well as what we can do to keep things running smoothly. Working great now and cost wise it was a great deal. Highly recommended.

Called New Visions to get my laptop memory upgraded and fix a problem with Internet Explorer. It was fixed and upgraded in just a few days. Everything is working great. Literally was half the cost of the "Geeks". Thanks

I needed my computer upgraded and cleaned of what I assumed were viruses. They did the work quickly and my desktop runs so much faster than it did. Really like having a new computer. Very convenient that they picked up and dropped off my PC for me. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They picked up my laptop, replaced the keyboard for me and brought it back as well. They even cleaned my screen for me which was nice because I had no idea what to clean it with. The price was very reasonable. I'm pleased.

We are happy to write a nice review for this company. They repaired our laptop for us. First it had a virus but also the DVD-Rom was bad. The DVD drive was replaced with a new one and the viruses are gone. They even loaded virus protection for us for free. No kidding. The price they charged us was far less than anyone else we called. We were just amazed that we actually got a low price AND great service. Much appreciated.

We just needed someone to come out and install our new computer and setup our wireless router. The technician came out right when he said he would and put the computer into a new computer desk for us. He did the job quickly and we were very impressed with how neat he made all the wires and cables. He put the desk back where we wanted it and everything works great. The price he charged us was well below other places we called so we were very happy.

I actually E-mailed then through their website for a price quote to remove an infection I probably got off of limewire. I mentioned I saw them on yp.com and just wanted a quote. they took off 20% becuase I mentioned their ad so it was only $79. They took care of the virus problem and tha was that. They also loaded virus protection for me. I loved the fact that the pricing was flat rate. Anyway, I'd be happy to recommend them to my family and friends. Price was great and work was well done.
