They were hired by my mgmt. Bayshore, exterminated for at least a year. Roaches were never eliminated. They said the product would destroy others in nest. They stated existing roaches would carry product & prevent new ones. Yet we have many baby roaches. Please don't waste$.

Company technician worked in my unit for six days and failed to eliminate the problem. Was an hour late the first day. Didn't show up at all on a day he was scheduled to work. Claimed he had been there, but admitted to lying after I told him that building records showed he had not signed out the key to my unit that day. By the fourth day, he had hardly done any work outside the kitchen, and I had to prod him to move on to other rooms I'd never use this company again. I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to recover most of the money I paid to the company. Not only were they ineffective, but they sold me service they knew to be unnecessary, and should not be allowed to profit from their malfeasance.
