I had my first visit with Dr Karim today 12/29/2016 he is very caring and polite. He reassured me that we would find out why I was in so much pain. His staff was very caring and polite also. I felt like somebody was finally listening to my health problems.

Dr seems uncaring and you have to repeat your same problems each time you visit. He seems uninterested in what you have to say and does not care to answer your questions. The staff is horrible when it comes time to refill your prescriptions. You have to call at least two times for your refills and the doctor does not return phone calls.

Horrible care! I have seen this doctor for YEARS! Every visit I must repeat everything from day one of my injuries, constantly remind him what's wrong, and I have been waiting for a referral for two weeks. (I have constantly called and left messages asking about my referral with no progress) He is a nice person, but the service there is horrible and he seems uninterested and hasn't helped solve any of my issues. He's good at writing your prescriptions after multiple reminders....

My husband has been seeing Dr. Karim for 2 Years now, ever since he was electrocuted. My husband has had and continues to receive excellent care from Dr. Karim. He is caring and takes time to listen to and take seriously all of my husbands issues. T Ferguson
