Great customer service

I had a hard-disk problem that Dell wasn't able to remotely diagnose. Bad news for me, I'm not a computer person. I called Networx and spoke to the owner, Tony, who was helpful right off the bat - gave me a free tip on a possible do-it-yourself fix. When that didn't pan out I took my computer in and Tony fixed it in less than 24 hours for LESS than he'd quoted me. He explained the whole problem and repair to the point where even I understood it. He's one of the good guys, and he knows how to fix computers.

After spilling a glass or water on the top of my PC, I called several computer stores to see if I could be seen today. Most wanted a large fee to see the PC the same day. I called to Networx Computers and was seen the same day with out any additional fee. I explained my situation with an on going project and it was repaired within 3 hours at what I consider a very reasonable cost. My hats off to Mr. Oliver the owner of the company. He is very friendly and understanding and best yet knowledgeable.

Owner made me feel right at home and was able to direct me in the right direction to resolve a software project I needed done. The owner was up front from the start stating he did not do that type of work. A breath of honesty was so refreshing I had already been to 3 stores that gave me the run around.
