They call you to find out what kind of printer you have and then they send you a carton of cartridges and act like you ordered it from them. They sent us carton of cartidges, that we did not order, and tried to charge us restocking fees for the merchandise.

This company called us and spoke to our receptionist. They asked her what type of printer she used. They then sent her a toner cartride. Over a year later we are still disputing with them about payment of the cartridge they sent without authorization.
