Todd and his colleagues are thorough, knowledgable and friendly. They take time but do excellent work. Be prepared to pay what might seem like a lot of money, but also know that the work will be done right and your amp will sound better than it ever did before. When I got my Princeton Reverb back and plugged it in, the pilot light lit up but there was no sound. I thought there was a problem: there was absolutely no presence hiss. Then I hit a chord and the heavens opened up, shafts of sunlight shone down and I was transported. (Okay, I got a little carried away). Pricey, but worth every penny.
