Not honest. Sent to us through AHS. The technician was professional and made his diagnosis. The management made changes via AHS to save money for the company.

My water heater has 2 heating elements where one of them went out. Instead of replacing the one that went out, the technician turned the other one all the way up which made it go out it two days! Horrible way to fix something. I had to call someone else to replace both elements.

This is possibly the worst service company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Never use this company. I am a landlord and these guys have been jerking my tenants around for 3 days now. Its over 100 degrees outside and they are missing appointments, not answering phones, and not returning calls. I have never seen anything like this in my entire life. I'm on hold with American Home Shield right now to recommend that they drop Myers from their list of companies.

This company is terrible and I will never use them again. Myers sent two different technicians to my home who both indicated that I had a choice to repair or replace my broken line. After agreeing to and scheduling the repair, the plumber told me on the day of the visit that they refused to do the repair and replacement was my only option (costing $2000 more). At this point, I spoke to the owner who was rude, belittling and the absolute opposite of a professional business owner. I will never use this company again and I recommend that anyone who wants quality, courteous service not use this company either.‎
