The owner provided the wrong colored cabinet doors in the kitchen and refused to reorder new ones! Refacing material peeling off in the kitchen and bathrooms. Used profanity when I refused to pay him the remaining balance. Is the owner representative of unprofessionalism and incompetence?

Horrible worksmanship--- the laminate started peeling off the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. Poor professionalism-- the installer used profanity when I refused to pay him the remainder of the balance due to substandard work. Had to pay American Wood Reface from Charlotte to redo the entire job! Run, run as fast as you can from anyone associated with My Kitchen My Way!!!!!
