The Original Mount Tabor Boot Camp is a four-week outdoor fitness program that gives you all of the tools you need to reach your weight loss goals. Incorporating exercise drills, diet planning, and the accountability of working with a private personal trainer, all levels of fitness are welcome. With both morning and evening classes available to fit your schedule, New York City elite trainer Natalie Wessel has tailored her workouts for busy Portlanders looking for an efficient and challenging fitness program at a reasonable cost.
