My experience with MooreShade4Less has been very good. I called the company with a minor concern and left a message with a service rep. The owners called me back within the hour to determine how best they could help. They were able to address my concern/question and were a real pleasure to work with. It's clear that they care a great deal about the experience their customers are having and are willing to go above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of.

Not only were they great to work with, but the awning itself is fantastic. We bought the 20' Motorized XL. It gets used every day.

As far as installation goes, Kevin and his crew out of Frankfort, KY were great to work with. Kevin is a true professional and the work that he and his crew did exceeded my expectations (which were VERY high). This was a bit of a tricky installation over top vinyl siding and foam board and it couldn't have been implemented any better!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MooreShade4Less to friends and family.
