Applegarth Middle School serves the educational needs of students in grades seven and eight. The school has an enrollment of more than 600 students and is a part of the Monroe Township School District. Its curriculum includes various subjects, such as language arts, character education, math, science, English, social studies, health education, computers, arts and crafts, music and physical education. The school s cafeteria serves nutritious lunch to students at reduced price. It has athletic teams in soccer, cross country and field hockey. The school provides various extracurricular activities, such as student council, chorus and band. It also offers guidance and counseling sessions to students.
