Available by Appointment Justin L. Humphreys, of Ayer Massachusetts, is a duly appointed and commissioned Notary Public of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; and is a Subpoena Server. If you have or know of someone that is currently in a Jail or Prison in the Commonwealth, Justin L. Humphreys also offer Jail & Prison Signings upon approval of the head person of the Jail or Prison. Since there are a lot of "obstacles" to go through, there will be a set fee, per travel. I do NOT offer and/ or perform any notarizations for Real Estate closings or any notarizations involving anything with Real Estate of a Non-Attoreny.

Once the service of process has been completed, the server must fill out an affidavit of serivce, also known as, "proof of service", in which needs to be notarized and given to the client as such proof., Process Servers are hired by law firms, legal support groups and even the general public that needs legal documents served to individuals, such as defendants and witnesses involved in a court case. In many states, like Massachusetts, a Process Server CANNOT be a party to the case mentioned in the documents that s/he is serving. Also, a Process Server CANNOT have any felonies or any criminal records.
