When we ordered the dumpster, we paid upfront by credit card and were told that there would be an additional weekly charge if we chose to keep the dumpster beyond the initial period of time. We were told to call when we were ready to have to have the dumpster picked up. We were fine with the terms of the agreement but that isn't what happened. Mitrano called my cell phone late one afternoon and left a message. I was tied up until 5:30 and when I checked the message from Mitrano it was cut off. Before 8:00 the next morning, Mitrano had a driver at our house to pick up the dumpster. I immediately called them to say that we did not request a pick up. They said that in their message on the previous afternoon they stated that if I did not call them by 6:00am they would pick up the dumpster. I explained that the message did not come through and those were not the terms of our agreement. They said I could keep the dumpster but must pay an additional $125 for the trip charge!
