Established in 1935, Missouri-Pacific Lumber Company is located at Fayette, Mo. The company specializes in steamed, kiln dried, furniture grade American black walnut lumber. It also offers other species of wood, including American black walnut, red/white oak, soft maple and other raw hardwoods. Additionally, the firm produces northern and Appalachian red oak, silver leaf soft maple, aromatic red cedar as well as cherry planks. Missouri-Pacific Lumber Company maintains a wood processing mill that provides plane-sawn, rift-sawn and quarter-sawn lumber. Apart from these, it keeps an inventory of over 1 million feet of lumber ready for shipment.
