General Info
Minnick Supply Company, Inc was established in 1974 by Gary and Barbara Minnick as a wholesale electrical distributor in Chillicothe, Missouri. In addition to residential, commercial and industrial electrical supplies, the business now includes kitchen and bath cabinetry and plumbing, a custom countertop shop and a residential lighting showroom. Building additions over the years make up the current 30, 000 square feet of warehouse, showroom and office space. Gary and Barbara's children, Steve and Chris, joined the family business in 1991 and 2000 and operate it today. Minnick Supply does business within a 100-mile radius of Chillicothe, Missouri. We're big enough to have competitive access to the finest products in our industry, but small enough to give personal attention to each customer. We have chosen to specialize in a few areas with depth in product lines and technical expertise that is rare in today's marketplace. Business hours: 8: 00 a.m. to 5: 00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8: 00 a.m. to 12: 00 p.m. Saturday

The accounting department wouldn't open an account for me with a net 30 day payment agreement. It wasn't that they turned me down BUT how they did it. I filled out their application and gave them all the references from around the area that I had been doing business with and the woman in accounting, when asked if she checked out my references, just said "why bother for such a small amount, why should I go to the trouble of checking everything out just use a credit card!" The fact that she (her name is Chris) didn't want to take the time to check my credit is absolutely appalling. Especially since I'm buying up houses in Missouri that are abandoned and trying to restore them. They lost out on alot of future business. This is how I check businesses out and their level of customer service.
