Minch Professional Cleaning Service is a cash grab fraud. Not only are they unorganized in the office with setting up times and dates for their service, sometimes they don't even show up.
My main problem is the quality of service. The company requires you to get a DEEP CLEAN before they will clean your house weekly which cost you $250 for a 1700 square foot house. Then they come and clean every two weeks for $90. THEY DO NOT CLEAN! They surface clean. I have hardwood floors and they would never move any furniture and clean under because Minch considers this a DEEP CLEAN.
I don't know about you, but I want to be the one to surface clean and I hired a cleaning service to do the major cleaning. Don't waste your money! The owner is really nice on the phone but her employees are horrible!
What was really upsetting is that when I called to tell them I no longer need the service and why, they could have cared less! If they offered to send different workers and ensure quality, I would have maybe given them one more chance.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

for $120 the "cleaner" vaccuumed an area rug and pulled the covers up on my bed. Nothing dusted, swept, mopped, etc. But she did help herself to a very expensive peice of jewelry. The owner refused to return urgent phone calls even after the police got involved.
