      Prompt & reliable

      After four times of using Mid Island Car Service for transportation to and from the airport, each one being a prompt, friendly and affordable experience, Mid Island is now the only car service I use. Personal service was given to me each time I traveled and they really made me feel important, and I couldn't be happier. I recommend them to anyone.

      Exceptional service

      I just wanted to thank you for the most excellent service I received both on October 16 and 17. I called 30 minutes prior to my arrival at Newark like you had requested, and sure enough the dispatcher said "I was expecting your call" which right then told me you and Mid Island were looking out for me. I was told when I got to the station to call, which I did and they told me "Car #1 is waiting for you". I quickly spotted him and sure enough took me directly to my home. After I came home and greeted my parents they asked me how the train ride was and then said "how was Mid Island?" My answer to them was "first rate". They were so happy when I told them about your service. The same held true upon my return to the Station. I called 30 minutes prior; they arrived at my home at 3pm sharp and the driver took me directly to the Station. Both drivers were courteous, pleasant, and conversationalists. They were life long islanders so we had lots to talk about. Again, thank you James, and you will definitely be hearing from me and my parents again. Marcia Coleman

      Good & Friendly Service

      Mid Island was recommended by my sister who was also a first time customer traveling from DC. We're both S.I. natives, so the warm and friendly service was much appreciated. On time for pick up and drop off. Will definitely use again on next visit "home".
